Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NPA Collective, the Natural Perfume Academy’s artisan marketplace, where only the best of the best come to share their natural perfumes, raw materials, and other perfume-related products. We’re a community of creators, makers, and perfumers, and by joining, you agree to uphold the high standards we live by. Let’s keep it top-tier, ethical, and natural!

1. General Information

Business Name: Natural Perfume Academy
Business Address: Ruth Ruane, SunnyBank, CastleGar, Galway, Ireland.

NPA Collective is a special place where artisans and vendors create their own stores to sell products directly to customers. As a collective, profits go back into supporting this community through advertising, upkeep of the platform, and improving the space for everyone involved.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor, you’re responsible for managing your own store, and that includes:

  • Listing products carefully – accurate descriptions, pricing, and shipping costs.
  • Fulfilling orders on time – complete them first, then you can withdraw your funds.
  • Handling customer service – communicate with your buyers, and resolve any issues.
  • Shipping – set your rates, and make sure products arrive in good time.

And remember – no half-arsed shops! Take your time, present your products well, and use clear, quality images. No blurry or pixelated nonsense. This is a luxury space, so your shop should reflect that. Rushed, messy shops will be deactivated. Keep our community standards high.

3. What We Sell: Quality and Integrity

NPA Collective is for artisan, luxury, handmade goods, and everything has to be perfume-related. Whether you’re selling perfumes, natural materials, books, or equipment, it needs to have a clear connection to perfumery. NO synthetics or mass-produced products allowed.

We’re serious about quality. If you’re not sticking to 100% natural ingredients or authentic, high-end products, you’re in the wrong place.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Flat 7% commission on each transaction. If we change it, we’ll give you a heads-up.
  • Withdraw funds via PayPal or Stripe once the order is fulfilled and marked complete.
  • We’ll be adding more ways to withdraw as we grow, so stay tuned.

5. Use of Profits

The profits we generate go right back into:

  • Advertising the platform and individual shops.
  • Maintaining and improving the website.
  • Supporting the Natural Perfume Academy and its initiatives.

6. Image Quality & Presentation

High-quality images are non-negotiable. No giant files, no tiny pixelated pics. Stick to the recommended sizes and keep them crisp. Good visuals sell products, and they make us look good as a community.

Keep it professional – this isn’t the place to dump a load of random, low-effort products. Take pride in what you offer, because rushed or low-quality listings will be removed.

7. Customer Relations & Disputes

We believe in keeping things simple and fair.

  • The customer is usually right, so sort out any issues with buyers directly.
  • If you can’t come to an agreement, NPA Collective will step in and help both sides.
  • Maintain your promises. Keep your quality high and always deliver what’s advertised.

8. NPA Collective’s Role & Liability

We’re the middle ground, connecting buyers and sellers. We don’t control what’s sold, but we’re here to maintain the standards of the marketplace.

  • Once an order is placed, it’s up to the vendor to fulfill it.
  • We’re not responsible for any issues after the sale, but we will step in if needed.

9. Ethical and Sustainable Practices

Ethics and sustainability are everything here. If you’re trying to sell something that doesn’t align with our ethos, you can take it elsewhere. This is a natural, eco-friendly space, and we expect all vendors to respect that.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

If we update the terms, you’ll be notified. We’ll keep things clear, and you’ll know in advance of any major changes.

11. Vendor and Buyer Agreement

By using NPA Collective, you agree to:

  • Follow the rules – sell quality, natural, and ethical products.
  • Be transparent – list your products accurately and ship them on time.
  • Maintain standards – we’re a high-end community, so respect the vibe.

As a buyer, you agree to:

  • Check the details – read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Communicate – reach out to the vendor if there are any issues with your order.

12. Final Word

Let’s make NPA Collective a space where natural, sustainable, and artisan-made products thrive. No spamming, no cutting corners. We’re all here to create something beautiful, so let’s keep it that way.
