Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ampersand Essential Oils. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: [Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days] - $9.99

Express Shipping: [Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days] - $13.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to hazardous weather and holiday increases.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Ampersand Essential Oils ships to addresses within The United States of America, and P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ampersand Essential Oils is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Ampersand Essential Oils is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if: Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

Any custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned or refunded. Downloadable software products, gift cards, and health/personal care items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet: First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ampersandessentials.net.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, and we’re happy to accommodate order cancellations, returns, or exchanges where possible.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@ampersandessentials.net with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will refund your payment in full.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of ordering to request a return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ampersandessentials.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your product.

Return Shipping Costs

If your order is eligible for return, we will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ampersandessentials.net, and we will provide instructions.

Exceptions to Return & Exchange Policy

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Perishable goods are non-returnable.
